We have two new sales this week to bloat your hard drive and make you glad we can use external units very soon.
The first sale is from 2K, and they have many of their titles for sale. If you get a tingle every time you hear chokeslam and facebuster, then WWE 2K17 is ready for you at $29.99. The very popular NBA 2k17 Legend Edition is selling for $47.99, but, to have Kobe and his branded merchandise, you will need to pay $54.99. If you are an athlete of the mind (or just too fat or uncoordinated to play sports. We feel your pain.), Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution 2 Plus can be had for $4.99 on the Vita.
Final Fantasy games make up the second sale, and there are a ton of ways to get your fill of spiky hair, brooding leads, and amnesia for less. All the PlayStation One Classics are $4.99, but only if you do not want them on the PS4. For some reason, Final Fantasy VII is upcharged to $7.99 to play on God’s perfect console.
If you want that warm nostalgic Final Fantasy feeling after playing the latest Square Enix epic, you can find it here, and you can even see if the XIII trilogy was worth all the hate at a lower entry fee.
Finally, there are some discounted DOA 5 and Little Big Planet 3 character packs with the usual discounts on themes and avatars.
It is not a bad week, but we did not see anything to make our hearts skip a beat on this most holy of romantic days. If we missed something amazing, or if you know why a ROM on the PS4 is 60% more expensive, let us know in the comments.
We sometimes link to online retail stores. If you buy something from our links, we may make a small commission which goes towards keeping the lights on and coffee in the pot.
Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
