PSX 2016: Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Trailer, Screens, and Details

The self described “remaster plus” of the first three Crash Bandicoot games got caught up in all the PlayStation Experience hype. The people responsible, Vicarious Visions, detailed their end goal and how they brought the original, twenty year old games to life in this generation. They rebuilt the gameplay from scratch but made doubly sure to capture its simplicity and precision. Then after the levels began to take shape, they put in their own art, animation, and audio. So you can see how it’s in between a remake and a remaster.

There will also be added features such as: unified checkpoints, manual saves, time trials, and more. Vicarious was unwilling to detail the more aspect. Definitely check out the trailer above and the handful of screens below. Let us know what you think of Naughty Dog’s youngest child being brought up to speed in the comments below!
