The next-generation of gaming is on our doorstep and we want to be the go-to place for all PS5 news and reviews. At the time of writing, we are a small but dedicated team working around the clock to bring breaking news and sexy reviews to readers all over the planet.
Over the last six months, we’ve seen massive growth as we’ve expanded our output to include videos with every review. We’re slowly, but steadily, growing our YouTube channel and it’s paying dividends. It’s hard work, and we love it. But we need a helping hand – that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for dedicated writers and reviewers to join our amazing family. You’ll be trained by the, er, the best? Or at least the best we have. You’ll review the latest games, preview games before they’re released, and even talk to developers about their upcoming games. It’s a great little gig for anyone looking to get some experience in the video game industry, and we’re happy to take on all applicants.
There are some requirements though. For one, don’t be a weirdo. We’ve had a few… strange folk knocking on the doors over the last few years. We’re a tight team and our bond is what makes us work really well. We can’t have negative influences. We’re a happy place and we need the right kind of people joining us. We work hard and we have lots of fun.
We also need you to be able to commit to at least a few hours a week. To keep on top of the latest news and provide timely coverage, we need people to be available to work in shifts. This is negotiable and you’ll be able to pick the time slots that work best for you. We’re flexible if you are!
And lastly, we need you to be you. Don’t be a pretender. Don’t think that you have to whore up your words to sound smarter than you actually are. Most readers are ordinary folk looking for relatable content. Be yourself and the readers will enjoy it a lot more than if you try to sound like a pretentious pomp. You’re you, and that’s what we and the readers want.
