Capcom has just announced that Resident Evil 4 will be releasing on PS4 this August 30th – not so long after the re-release of Resident Evil 5. Writing on the Capcom Unity blog, the publisher announced that the re-release will include all the bonus content from the original release, as well as all the other goodies that got added to the game in its subsequent porting to just about every console imaginable.
Capcom has also provided us with a bunch of screenshots of from the next-gen re-release, and while they certainly don’t seem to be anything close to the standard of modern remasters, they do at least look nice and clean.

Chris has been writing about gaming news for far too long, and now he’s doing it even more. A true PlayStation know-it-all, Chris has owned just about every Sony console that ever existed. Trophies are like crack to this fella. (Bronze trophies, that is – he only has one Platinum.)
