The new launch trailer for Resident Evil 7 gives you enough stomach turning tension to make a team of competitive eaters loose their lunch. Throughout the roughly 3 1/2 minutes, they continue to show you more sinister rooms inside the house and more disgusting bugs, demonic grins, and dead body dungeons. Good luck finding decorating tips for those in Better Homes and Gardens.
Our own Kyle Durant reviewed the game, giving it a 9 out of 10, and he is not one to lavish praise without reason. You can even watch an actual gameplay video of his encounter with the old man in the trailer here to see why he is not someone who takes a hint, but he can certainly take a few bullets.
We are very excited to see Resident Evil 7 make a triumphant return to its roots, and the game is much better for it. If you are looking for a reason to not sleep tonight, the game is available for purchase right now.

Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
