It’s been something of a running gag as of late, but Sony is continuing to take the joke further and further with each little tease.
We accepted Shawn Lydon’s t-shirt stunt and saw the funny side of teasing those who grew up with Crash, but since then it’s all gotten a little bit stale.
The latest tease comes from PlayStation Latin America’s official Twitter account which has posted yet another tease that’s sending us round the bend. It wasn’t anything particularly telling, just a re-touched image from an old magazine scan.
The tweet was accompanied by the hashtag #TBT (Throwback Thursday for all the old folk) so it could just be that the account was honoring an old PlayStation legend. Or it’s another clue to a long-rumoured resurrection.
Would you want a new Crash Bandicoot game on PS4, or would you prefer it on the PS Vita? Ooga booga in the comments section below.

Chris has been writing about gaming news for far too long, and now he’s doing it even more. A true PlayStation know-it-all, Chris has owned just about every Sony console that ever existed. Trophies are like crack to this fella. (Bronze trophies, that is – he only has one Platinum.)
