Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Story Trailer and Release Date Revealed

Revealed today at the Star Wars Celebration in Chicago, the debut cinematic trailer for Respawn Entertainment’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order introduces us to Cal Kestis, one of the last surviving members of the Jedi Order after the purge of Order 66. Cal takes centre stage in the trailer which doesn’t give anything away when it comes to gameplay, but it sure sets the scene for what’s to come.
Respawn Entertainment studio head Vince Zampella has also confirmed Fallen Order will be a single-player story-driven game with no multiplayer or micro-transactions, relieving fan’s fears following EA’s handling of Star Wars Battlefront II.
So when will we be swinging around our glowing swords? Later this year, thankfully, as Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order releases November 15th, 2019. While the reveal itself was a little underwhelming, there’s more than a good chance that we’ll see more of Respawn’s Star Wars at this year’s EA Play 2019 – though don’t expect there to be a big fancy press conference this time around.
