With the second free update for Dishonored 2, you now have more than twenty options to tailor the game to your perfect experience. Examples include the time it takes a sleep dart to give a soldier an expected nap, and how many enemies can attack you at once. You can even tweak the game for permadeath to really challenge your skills.
The Mission Select option will let you replay any mission you clear after the update is installed, and your previous playthrough status will still be reflected.
More developers are starting to realize that players love their games, but it would be nice to have the option to make the world more their own. Bethesda appears to be leading the charge on consoles with mods and this new update for Dishonored 2. We look forward to seeing this trend become more common across the industry.

Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
