Telltale’s Batman Episode 1 Procures Release Window

The highly anticipated Telltale, Batman title will release digitally sometime in August. At least according to a Warner Bros. press release.  It will be available worldwide once it releases on the PlayStation Store. There will also be a special “Season Pass Disc” that can be bought at retailers which will grant access to the following four episodes once they’re available. For those interested in the retail disc, North Americans can buy it come September 13th and Europeans can purchase it September 16th.

“Telltale has a stellar reputation for delivering quality content based on world-renowned properties and these games make a great addition to our line-up,” said Kevin Kebodeaux, Senior Vice President, Sales, Americas, Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment.  “We previously worked with Telltale on The Wolf Among Us and now on the recently announced Batman – The Telltale Series, so we are very pleased to expand our partnership with worldwide retail distribution for its upcoming titles.”

In case you weren’t aware, voice actor enthusiasts, this game has some serious talent behind it. Troy Baker is the voice of Bruce Wayne, Travis Willingham as Harvey Dent, Richard McGonagle as Carmine Falcone, and Laura Baily as Selina Kyle just to name a few. We don’t know about you but that combination has us remarkably excited.
