The Last Laugh Bundle Will Add The Joker to Fortnite

Batman can’t survive long without his arch nemesis The Joker because life just isn’t the same without him.  But luckily for him, Epic Games are putting that right by bringing the deranged clown to Fortnite. The Bats will get reacquainted with his BFF on November 17th, though the Last Laugh Bundle will include much more than just some face paint.

In all, the bundle will add The Joker Outfit, Laugh Riot Back Bling, Bad Joke Pickaxe, The Joker’s Revenge Pickaxe, and the Pick a Card Emote to your favourite Battle Royale game. A hearty selection, I’m sure you’ll agree. But the antagonist will also be flanked by two other characters – Posion Ivy and Midas. The blog post states ‘Ivy is ready to plant her roots on the Island’, which doesn’t really need to be said as it is something she does often. Whereas, the Midas Rex Outfit accompanies the latter.

The Last Laugh Bundle will be a digital and a physical release, with them both bringing 1,000 V Bucks to your in game wallet. And they will also be made available on the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One. However, it also states it will be out in time for the release of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox X, too – a statement that is causing quite a stir online. But, at risk of being a party pooper, I think it’s all a bit of a misunderstanding.

You see, some have taken that to mean the next generation console will launch before we expected – sometime around November 17th. But I think it simply means it will be out before those consoles, and will subsequently be available on them. Although, with Sony keeping quiet, who really knows when we’ll finally own the console…
