The Red Dead Redemption 2 Hype Train is Starting Its Engines

Choo-choo! All aboard! Careful as you board the hype train, lest you be disappointed by the end of the journey. Who are we kidding? We just know that Red Dead Redemption 2 is going to be seven kinds of awesome. Well, hopefully…
Rockstar announced the sequel a few months ago yet we’ve not really seen much else since. Sure we had that tiny teaser trailer, but where’s all the marketing? Why aren’t we being blitzed by advertising materials when we’re stood at the bus stop? Where’s the Red Dead Redemption 2 trailer in front of every YouTube video? Where’s the weirdly placed poster in the toilet stalls when we’re taking a dump? Too far? Yes. Too far.
The advertising blitz may not have started just yet, but it’s getting there with some retailers receiving marketing materials to make sure gamers don’t forget about the upcoming open-world western. What’s the takeaway from this? The hype train hasn’t quite left the station, but it’s fuelling up and will be hitting the tracks in due time. We image we’ll be posting at least four Red Dead Redemption 2 articles per-month from January. Great…
