If you’re dying to get your hands on Trackmania Turbo then you’ll be glad to know it’s coming to PS4 on the 22nd of March, 2016. If you’ve never heard of Trackmania Turbo then allow us to explain. It’s a game about driving across gravity defying tracks at breakneck speeds with the aim of – well we’re not entirely sure what the aim is, but you’re probably racing other cars, or the clock, or something. With a summary like that the developers should be paying us to advertise their game (disclaimer: they’re not).
There’s over 200 hundred tracks spread across four environments (for you to race in or something) which are: Rollercoaster Lagoon, International Stadium, Canyon Grand Drift and Valley Down & Dirty. Players can even create their own tracks and challenges, then share them online so other players can have a go at them. If you’re thinking of picking up a PlayStation VR headset sometime in the future then you’ll be happy to know Trackmania Turbo will be compatible with it.
We’ve included the release date trailer below, which confirms that you will indeed get to race other cars, of course if you’ve been keeping up with the game (unlike us) you probably knew that already. Enjoy.

Conor is Pure PlayStation’s resident Irishman. Naturally that means he’s constantly slurring his words and turning up stinking of Guiness with a potato in his pocket. It’s not all bad though, because Conor is also a PlayStation nut. When he’s not doing his best Father Jack impression (Father Ted, watch it) he’s got a DualShock 4 in his hand and a Vita in the other. Yeah, we don’t know how he manages it either.
