Ubisoft Forward is Ubisoft’s alternate E3 show (or shows in this case). The online presentation is its chance to play trailers, announce release dates, and break down some of its upcoming games, and the next one is scheduled for September 10th. In a short trailer released today, we see snippets of games including Watch Dogs: Legion and Gods and Monsters. Gods and Monsters is something I’ve been personally looking forward to seeing, so I’ll be tuning into the show.
Ubisoft likes to surprise, so we may learn about release dates or go in-depth on certain features. If I was predicting any big surprises, I would guess that we’ll see the first gameplay for Far Cry 6 as well. I don’t know anything for certain, but we’re within the six-month window. It’s time to see that open world in action, and it should be on beautiful next-gen tech.
From AAA blockbusters to smaller indie titles, the next Ubisoft Forward event on September 10th should be interesting.

Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
