Just a little earlier today it was announced by Ubisoft (kind of) that Watch Dogs Legion, Rainbow Six Quarantine and Gods & Monsters were all being delayed into the next fiscal year, meaning they wouldn’t release until after April 2020. Bummer, yes, but what about the other big game that Ubisoft has hidden away? The pirate-themed Skull & Bones wasn’t mentioned during the initial pre-conference brief that was sent out, but it has been spoken about during the latest investor-relations call.
According to Ubisoft, Skull & Bones will not be releasing next year, but sometime after March, 2021, which would almost certainly put the game on PS5 and the next Xbox.
There’s no date attached at this time, and a conference call isn’t where such announcements are typically made anyway. It was also noted that Watch Dogs Legion and Gods & Monsters would release in the second half of 2020, so anywhere between June and December, though most likely around between September and November, and it’s assumed that Rainbow Six Quarantine will also deploy during the same period.
