Vertical Drop Heroes HD Makes Its Console Debut After Over Two Years

A certain niche among some gamers is a 2D platformer, battler, RPG with roguelike elements. If you fall into that category and own a PlayStation 4, Vertical Drop Heroes HD will soon arrive to fill that craving. You control a hero that descends through randomly generated stages while using wits and reflexes to survive until the level’s boss battle. There are tons of skills, traits, and abilities that can be earned and create a different hero each playthrough. Expect a split-screen, local co-op mode too.

The title will drop on February 14 for North Americans and February 15th for Europeans at $6.99/€6.99 a piece. It will also be a cross buy experience for the PS4 and PS Vita. You can check out the launch trailer above.
