Treyarch revealed the contents of their latest Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 map pack yesterday, it’s titled Eclipse and as with the game’s first DLC pack it contains five maps (four competitive and one for zombies). Eclipse isn’t out until the 19th of April, but the DLC is already available to pre-order through the PlayStation Store. It will set you back €14.49 on its own or you can purchase the game’s season pass, which includes all available and future DLC. We’ve included a screenshot of the pre-order screen down below.
The maps included are titled Spire, Rift, Knockout, Verge and lastly the Zombies’ map, which is called Zetsubou No Shima. Spire will take competitive multiplayer to new heights, literally, as it’s set in an airport terminal up in the clouds, while Rift is set in a military base which funnels players into tense corridor shoot-outs. Knockout is set in a Shaolin Temple that accommodates mid-distance fire-fights outside and in-your-face combat in the interior, while Verge is a re-imagining of World at War’s Banzai map but with a futuristic look and feel. Zombies on the other hand will be taking a step back from the future and onto a pre-World War 2 Pacific island.
Are you looking forward to Eclipse or is it time to pack up your dreams of reaching prestige to play something else? Let us know in the comments.

Conor is Pure PlayStation’s resident Irishman. Naturally that means he’s constantly slurring his words and turning up stinking of Guiness with a potato in his pocket. It’s not all bad though, because Conor is also a PlayStation nut. When he’s not doing his best Father Jack impression (Father Ted, watch it) he’s got a DualShock 4 in his hand and a Vita in the other. Yeah, we don’t know how he manages it either.
